Shipping policy

SHIPPING & FABRICATION TIMES

All products are handmade and shipping occurs after fabrication which can take up to 2-3 weeks. To request receipt of your order by a specific date, please message your request on the CONTACT page. We'll do our very best to accommodate your request.

Typical delivery after your item(s) fabrication is complete is 3-7 business days. We use USPS, and will send orders with this service. Our shipping fees are based directly on UPS rates calculated by the weight of the item(s) purchased and the shipping destination zip code at the checkout.

For international shipment : Please email jouceramic@gmail.com with any overseas shipping questions/concerns. Jou Ceramic is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit. International customers are responsible for all customs duties and import fees.
